Have you experienced a problem with your MEKICS product?

Please provide a detailed description and we will do our best to resolve the matter expeditiously

MP110P / MP111/ MP570T

  • A product does not turn on
    Check the connection both Power Cable and Adapter.
    Check the AC LED  is green light at the front of product
    If the LED is not green light either Power Cable or Adapter is a problem.
  • The screen does not display
    The video line of either LCD or a product or the power cable is bad condition
    Or, a product or LCD is bad condition
  • The battery operating time is too short.

    The interal battery installed in a product.
    The battery is a consumable part. Therefore, it consumes depend on the operating time.
    For replacement of battery, contact to our customer service center.

  • Its wave and data does not print but display ‘Check Probe’
    In a normal condition, ‘STAND BY’ displays on the screen when the Spo2 Probe connects to a product.
    However, if ‘Check Probe’ displays either Spo2 Extension Cable or Spo2 Sensor is bad condition.
    For checking the condition of both Spo2 Extension Cable and Spo2 sensor, connect only Spo2 Sensor directly to a product.(MP110P/ MP111)
  • Strange smell from a product

    Disconnect the power cable and call to our customer service center

  • Caution
    Do not use a product near a generator, X-ray, broadcasting station. 
    Also, use an isolated power system and ground cable.
    The measuring data might be inaccurate because of noise. 

MP700 / MP800 / MP1000NT Plus / MP1300

  • The screen does not display
    The video line of either LCD or a product or the power cable is bad condition
    Or, a product or LCD is bad condition
  • The Screen freezes.
    A product (MP800, MP1000NT Plus, MP1300) has a function to freeze the screen.
    It calls ‘Freeze Function’, which a user is able to show a patient’s condition to a third person.
    Check ‘Freeze key Freeze Key ‘ has been pressed in front of product.
  • The battery operating time is too short.
    The interal battery installed in a product.
    The battery is a consumable part. Therefore, it consumes depend on the operating time.
    For replacement of battery, contact to our customer service center.
  • The ECG wave does not print.
    Check the connection condition of ECG Cable, ECG Lead, and disposable electrode.
    Also, check the Lead selection and the screen whether ‘LEAD FAULT’ displays or not.
    If ‘LEAD FAULT’ is still on the screen either ECG Cable or ECG Board is a bad condition.
  • The ECG wave has a noise.
    Check the selection of Line Frequency.
    This is the procedure for checking. (MENU → SET UP → SYSTEM → Line Frequency → 50/60Hz)
    If the noise is not removed call to our customer service center.
  • Its wave and data does not print but display ‘Check Probe’.
    In a normal condition, ‘STAND BY’ displays on the screen when the Spo2 Probe connects to a product.
    However, if ‘Check Probe’ displays either Spo2 Extension Cable or Spo2 Sensor is bad condition.
  • The NIBP measurement is not working.
    Check the connection condition both Cuff and Hose. If you have a spare part replace and check.
    Check the selection of NIBP Mode(Adult/ Neonate).
    If the NIBP measurement is still not working call to our customer service center.
  • The printer paper does not working.
    A blank paper shall be printed if a printer paper is installed reversely.
    Set a printer paper properly in the location of roller.
  • Strange smell from a product.
    Disconnect the power cable and call to our customer service center.
  • Caution

    Do not use a product near a generator, X-ray, broadcasting station.
    Also, use an isolated power system and ground cable.
    The measuring data might be inaccurate because of noise.

MV2000 / MV2000T / MV2000MT / MTV1000

  • A product does not turn on
    Check the connection both Power Cable and Adapter.
    Check the AC LED AC LED is green light at the front of product.
    If the LED is not green light either Power Cable or Adapter is a problem.
  • The screen does not display
    The video line of either LCD or a product or the power cable is bad condition
    Or, a product or LCD is bad condition
  • The Screen freezes.

    A product (MP800, MP1000NT Plus, MP1300) has a function to freeze the screen.
    It calls ‘Freeze Function’, which a user is able to show a patient’s condition to a third person.
    Check ‘Freeze key Freeze Key ‘ has been pressed in front of product.

  • The Vtidal Volume is above than the setting. (Ex.: Setting 400ml / measurement 1000ml)

    Check the cleaness the Flow sensor of PEEP Block.
    The Flow sensor checks the pressure of both an innitial and after and displays the data on the screen.
    If the Flow sensor is not clean the measuring data might be inaccurate because of the difference of pressure.
    Do not concern it does not mean that the inaccurate Vtidal Volume is into a patient.
    Replace a new Flow sensor and sterilize the used Flow sensor.

  • The ‘O2 Sensor Fail’ alarm is contiuous.
    The ‘O2 Sensor Fail’ alarm warns a O2 Sensor is consumed.
    Replace a new O2 Sensor.
  • Its wave and data does not print but display ‘Check Probe’.
    In a normal condition, ‘STAND BY’ displays on the screen when the Spo2 Probe connects to a product.
    However, if ‘Check Probe’ displays either Spo2 Extension Cable or Spo2 Sensor is bad condition.
